Once start the machine and the pipe will be sent into the feed plate via the feeding rail, and trigger the induction device, and then the control mechanism will activate feeding and clamp cylinders to hold up the pipe. First, each cutting mechanism needs to be equipped with a motor, so it is costly. And as long as there is one mechanism failed, the whole equipment must be stop to maintain, so the failure rate is very high. Second, when cutting, it is needed to drive the entire cutting equipments including the motor; workload of pushing cylinders is quite large and easy to damage the motor. Third, in order to make the entire cutting mechanism movable, also needs to install the rails on each cutting mechanism so that the whole structure of equipment is extremely complex, manufacturing and maintenance costs are both very high.
