CNC cutting machine has the advantages of high precision and speed, narrow kerf, smooth and no glitches, no distortion and big yield. Maintenance work in daily use of CNC cutting machine is mainly composed of the following:
1. After using the cutting machine, you should first power down and remove the cutting blades to prevent accidental cuts, and then clean the iron filings between clamping vise and the feeding cylinder, and lubricate with grease.
2. Clean iron filings on the workbench and clamping vise rod, and then lubricate them for maintenance.
3. Replace the gear oil on the blade drive gear box. Generally, if a new machine works 30 hours continuously, its gear oil should be replaced at once. And later you can replace it once every three months. Recommend you to use the 460 gear lubricant.
4. You should clean and replace the cooling water regularly, because the cooling water will deteriorate and flocculate if it does not replace for a long time. That will easily lead to the cooling nozzle clogging which makes it is unable to cool during the cutting process or bad cooling effect, shortening the blade’s life.
